Brighton and Hove Albion Vs Reading football liga match prevciew

Two draws and a defeat in their last three games saw Brighton slip out of the play-off zone. But they would take closer order if they could complete a home double against the top two, having already beaten Southampton 3-0 at the Amex Stadium. The Seagulls are undefeated in nine home Championship games, having won six and drawn three, since losing to Burnley on 17 December.

Reading's stay at the summit of the Championship table for the first time in six years lasted a little over 24 hours, as they were deposed by Southampton. Now they are looking to maintain their push for automatic promotion back to the Premier league, last graced in 2006. Brian McDermott's club, who have won 12 of the last 14 matches including the most recent three, are aiming to become the first club to win 25 Championship games this season.
